A unique collaboration between sonic wizards Gamechanger Audio and Jack White's Third Man Records, the Plasma Coil is one outrageous box of fuzz!
Utilising GCA's 'High Voltage Distortion' technology, the Plasma Coil amplifies the audio signal up to 3500 volts, becoming one of the first to do so. The end result is a truly unruly sounding distortion/fuzz. The collaboration with Third Man Records adds multiple Octaver circuits as well as an additional footswitch which can be toggled between latching and momentary. One of the coolest controls on this pedal is the voltage knob, which allows you to dial in how much voltage is coming through, resulting in some seriously strangled tones. Words do not do this pedal justice, so here's a quick video to do it some justice. This particular example is the harder to find, limited model with the yellow pedal enclosure.
Cosmetic condition is great with little to no wear present. Fully functional, and includes its original box.Ā Ā
