Handmade just up the road here in Melbourne, Australia, the Madlove TC-V Vintage Spec Telecaster Pickup Set is built to capture the authentic tone of the mid-to-late 1950s. Every detail is true to vintage spec, from the winding wire to the magnets and wax potting process, delivering the clarity, twang, and dynamics that defined early Telecasters.

The bridge pickup features Alnico V magnets, 42 AWG single-build wire, and a copper-plated steel baseplate for punch and bite. The neck pickup is wound with 43 AWG wire and fitted with a traditional nickel cover, offering smooth, rounded highs and warmth without sacrificing definition. Both pickups are supplied with vintage-style cloth-covered leads and potted in black wax, just like the originals.

For noise reduction, the set is reverse wound/reverse polarity (RWRP) in the middle position, unless otherwise specified. Custom magnet grades are also available on request.
