At Replay Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack your instrument or accessory in its original shipping carton with all original packaging, manuals, and included accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
