Often overlooked when considering the immensity of Fenders catalog, Fender for sometime has consistently produced lines of affordable acoustic instruments, typically produced overseas. This particular model is the DG-14S, which was manufactured in China. These feature a solid spruce top (holy moly) with maple back and sides as well as a nato neck with rosewood fretboard. Despite it's more affordable price tag, this example delivers an impressively punchy sound with plenty of volume and a great balance between the low-end and mid range. A fun couch strummer!
Cosmetic condition is good with only minor play wear present. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a medium action. Includes a gig bag.Ā
