This great SRS808C boasts a solid western red cedar top and blackwood back and sides. Slightly smaller in size compared to Maton's dreadnought offerings, the SRS808C is super comfortable to play and delivers a beautifully robust and articulate tone courtesy of its tonewoods. A fretboard made of Indian rosewood with Dunlop 6120 frets and a 12" radius makes for a modern playing experience that is super comfortable.Ā
This particular example has had a binding repair done in house along with a brace re-glued. Sounds phenomenal and delivers on that signature 'Maton' sound.Ā
Cosmetic condition is reasonable throughout with dings found predominantly on the body and a noticeable mark on the heel of the neck.
Hardware is fully functional, and plays well with a low-medium action. Includes a hardcase.Ā
